- Check HID devices in Device Manager
- Reinstall input driver stack
- Test in Windows control panel

- Set power mode to Performance
- Check thermal throttling
- Update GPU driver stack
Resetting the PC Not Working
- Download Windows ISO from Microsoft official site
- Create bootable USB or microSD using Rufus
- Insert media into the device
- Use a USB keyboard (wired or dongle-based wireless)
- Power on and spam F7 to open boot menu
- Select boot device using arrow keys and press Enter
- Follow Windows Setup / WinPE installation process
Controllers controls not working
- Reinstall the Tecno Game Box (included in the Driver Pack) OR
- Reopen the Tecno Game Box/Game manager app
